Meet Our Founder - Serena Elicia

Hello all my name is Serena Elicia and I am the founder of Vital Juices. I got into juicing as a way to alleviate my own health problems. From a young age I’ve dealt with chronic asthma, seasonal allergies and unbalanced gut health. These health conditions guided me into studying holistic nutrition to help cure my own self. 

As I began learning the food that we ingest plays a huge role on our hormones, vitality and overall energy, I started testing/experimenting different juice recipes. 

It was a beautiful experience testing various produce mixtures on myself as well as family and friends. Developing a menu that has shown proven results in myself and others brings so much joy to my heart. As you are enjoying each beautifully crafted juice, know that it was made with lots of love!
